I wake up every morning and look forward to my day
To see that girl in every possible way
Yes I call her that girl, even though I know her name
Yes that girl is what I want, so her name stays the same

You shine in the day and even at night
You light up the world, wherever you roam
You shine in all places, so very bright
Your always on the run, never at home

It seems that we all, are not all the same
But the one thing we share, is love for the game
We love the fans, and we love to compete
We play beacuse its fun, and to accomplish our feats

It was about 6 months ago, where I changed my mind
To become someone in the world, writing rhymes
About my life, telling the truth
Not like these other writers, who show no proof

The time has come for the best time of the year
To go outside and play while you hear,
All the kids celebrating that its finally here
Starting snowball fights and playing in the snow

I tried my best for you to see
But all you did was ignore me
You didn't even care even though you said you did
Through all the times that we were kids
...

Why you walk out of my life like you did?
Why you leave everything like you did?
Why you have to hurt me like you did?
Why you say those words like you did?

My life is a story that people call a cliff hanger
Never knowing what will happen next, I'm standing on the cliff
Im getting pushed by the voices in my head
And getting closer to the edge to becoming dead

Life is like a roller coaster, the best when your on top
Things start to fall apart when your about to drop
In and out of trouble, always that feeling when it slips
You see in coming just before it flips

I'm starting To run out of time
Need to give this machine another dime
So I can finish and get where i want to be
Hard for you, because you don't see what I see
