Little Flowers

Little flowers in the room,
reminding me of the day,
when my sister died so soon.

I know that God had a purpose, but still I would pray,
for God to heal her,
but he did not let her stay.

I remember when she was with us I was frightened and insecure,
but I was happy as well,
especially when I was holding her.

Eventually time would tell,
that the Lord knows best,
as my hopes to keep her fell.

I'm glad she's now with God at rest,
her flower bloomed, she passed the test.
