Echoing Impressions

Memories resurface; a mist begins to form,
Therefore clouding my sight, judgment
Spiritual essence still breathes; knowing of one;
Lost in all thought - silently breathing; listening....

Determining all factors; feeling the wave's crash;
Thundering terror breathes in the perception of the night
Elusive thunder; rapping at times door….

Knocking echo's; distill in the night.
Time was given; a passage for change; a renewal of life
Sanction of positive value cast aside;

Old patterns assured; passages of the old now, breathe
Depth of what was; is established - now changes
Voices spoken; vision, now lost!

Impressions in the sand - filter into an hourglass,
Essence of change only dreamt; lost in the eyes of love
Illusions; illusions of deception;
tears now fall, within the depth
