That a handful of nails

Sometimes I find myself in the shadow
Of a man in a metal mask
And I am sleeping
But I don't know that yet

Robots feed me lice
Shaped like specks of rice
I can't refuse
And I can't choose

You can call me dirt pig
For I am a friend of the earth
I have grown to live its purring hum
I feel at ease in its company
