' Depression '

Depression, they call it a state of mind
burrried deep within our soul and our mind
slipping slowy out of time.
people ask you were you'll be?
But you seem unfocused, shut out from reality.
counting the clock till the day it stops
holding back all human thought.
We reach a point at this state of mind
seeing life as very unkind.
The demon whispers in your ear,
your time is coming, it's drawing near.
Take it's hand he'll lead the way
Darkness falls all about, your locked inside
with no way out. Breath in, now breath out
your out of air, no time to spare
do you even really care?
Give in let it go, you can do it
it's time to show. Your eyes begin to close
First your body tightens, fighting it's way
you need to relax, go ahead give in.
Your depression was killing you, it's time to end.
Body's gone limp, you've done your job.
Sleep my child, sleep
It's your turn now rest in peace.
