Research into the school curriculum, drafting and final copy of workshop for teacher
delegates: ‘Imagination in Creation’exploring the ways in which they can bring
imagination into after schools activities- writing imaginative uses for an object and
taking this and drawing it imaginatively. Aintree Racecourse, Liverpool.
Manchester EIC Poetry workshop/Imagination June 2003
Advanced 7-11 year pupils participated in workshop exploring symbol/free form
poetry, humour and dream telling. Also looking at my artworks/poetry/reading out
journalism and encouraging the pupils to comment and learn.

Big Arts Week- Residency. National campaign including celebrity creatives June 15-22 2002
visiting schools for a week to work with pupils on projects. At Greenleas School the
children and I created diaries and poetry of the week, cut out models of the teachers
in fabric, imaginative interpretations of the teachers in paintings and surreal collages,
plus Photoshop work.
