Darkness became my best friend
Pretending to live without weakness
He who keeps my secrets inside
And allows my tears to be unseen

I guess the pain I feel is reality
Every tear sent beneath my chin
Shows someone somewhere I love them
Trying to find some sort of warmth

maybe I'll just hold my head down
and you can show me reality
the times I made you smile
run weak, as you hold her in your arms
