Losing myself in a world of darkness,
Broken feathers on the floor from wings that will not fly
I cannot see for all the black.
The time clock ticks my days away
...

The truth is always sad
The truth of death
or love
the kindest thing
...

A bird falls from its nest,
Only to rot away,
As time passes,
The feathers turn to lines
...

My heart says stay
but my mind says go
For love will end the same
I'm not good enough for him

Being broken hearted
