Momma's Shoe

There was an old lady, who lived in a shoe,

She got so cold at night, she would turn blue.

She had many children, each with a different name,

At night they would climb in bed, and bend the frame.

The shoe was messy, and there was always cleaning to do,

But the children were always outside, so who was it left up to?

Mother of course, held that full time job,

Sometimes she sat on the couch, and felt like a blob.

But at the end of the day, she loved her children dearly,

They had a funny way of showing it, but all loved her clearly.
