my faith has been shaken

Blinded and silenced
confused and scared
hurt and broken but i'll always be there
...

darkness, sweet darkness
i used to be scared of you
i would beg to be out of your presence
but now that my heart was taken
...

why won't i bleed out
why won't it end here
why can't i die right now
why does this have to hurt
...

Scared to death heart pounding
Not sure what to make of my surroundings
Mouth dry don’t know what to say
You hold me close and take my worries away
...

the things we do for love
will never cease to amze you
and we need to remember
that we do such things because we love someone
...

Frightened inside
It’s hard to keep
All these feelings down so deep
...

Is love worth losing your sister?
I had to find that out the hard way
And I still don’t know the answer to this day
...
