In my thoughts i am alone
where i fear no one understands
the pain the illness the sadness
the nightly terrors i handle alone

I am a poet writting of my pain
I am a person living in shame
I am you daughter that hides her depression the best that i can
I am a friend acting like i am fine
...
The meds they say will take it away,
but why do the thougths of the past stay?
They dope us up and say it wil be okay,
but do you not hear the pain i say?

This depression causes me fear
causes the fear in life to come out
the fear or confusion and the fear of loss
I try hard not to think of fear and this depression

Juliana Willsey Biography
Well I guess I will start of with a hello my name is Juliana a.k.a Julez I have been writting poetry for about 7 years now. It is my outlet to life it's the best way to describe what I am feeling and how I describe the situations on life. I am 20 years old. I started writting poetry when I started becomming depressed and found out that I had bipolor. Everyone seems to think having bipolor is a stop and a horrible thing I think that being bipolor makes me all that much more stronger and I see things different then others! Just a heads up to whom ever may be reading my poetry it can be very graffic and depressing. Hope everyone enjoys my poetry!)

Life Is Too Short
Life is too short to live with grudges. Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness. Laugh when u can, apologize when u should and let go of what u can not change. Love deeply, forgive quickly and take chances. Give everything and have no regrets life is too short to be unhappy. You have to take good with the bad and smile even when u are sad
love what u got. and always remember what u had. Always forgive, never forget learn from ur mistakes but never regret! !
