the sun is gone,
leaving dark clouds,
and stormy days.

thinking of us,
of it all,
and the fuss.

Sometimes my life,
seems so empty,
every time I see,
you walk by.

Life isn't perfect,
and it will never be,
but with you I thought,
I finally got something right.

I'm done with being hurt,
I'm done with trying so hard,
I'm not going to deal with it,
anymore.

I've never understood,
the truth of the heart,
I've never known,
this feeling I have.

Is there a way,
for me to find,
a way out,
of this Hell?

I hear your name,
and I no longer smile,
it makes all happiness,
escape the world.

I will never show you,
how hurt I am,
but when you said good-bye,
I honestly started to cry.

I gave up,
