He holds the gun up high
acts as if its a token
looks above and asks the lord why

She wants to act ok,
she wants to be alright
she knows this habits hard to break
and this unhealthy feeling she just can't shake

My time has come to die
so now I close my eyes
I said he ment my life
yet now i hold this knife

the noose around my neck
my whole life has been a wreck
i'll hang it in my closet
never know you'd be the one to cause it

she tries to hide her pain by
putting on such a thin mask
but this mask can be washed away
...

'baby we can make this right
just don't put up a fight
a pink strip,
one small slip'

my hands they're going numb
and my tears they start to come
broken and left on the side
will false rules to abide
...

And this pain is goes to deep
it's excelerating and this hill his steap
being hurt i've had enough
to get over this
