24 Hour Donut Shop

Your doors are always open to me,
A place where I find solace and peace,
This is the only place where I wanna be.

By myself and its 3 in the morning.
The donut maker doesn't want to talk.
Its quiet and my heart is not very far.

I look outside the glass window,
Streetlight people with no place to go.
We're the same, searching for a real home.

The world is beautiful at this time,
The pain in my eyes may never stop,
But I always find hope in this 24 hour donut shop.

The Last Two Wars

War 1:
I was looking into you
to find me.
I loss that war,
I loss it bad.

War 2:
I was looking into me
to find you.
I won that war,
I won it bad.
