a tree stood by me as i excoriated the person i was looking at in the mirror i seemed so condemned about the individual staring right into my eyes lost into my own self doubt and meanwhile there stood behind me a mysterious tree whose branches were crooked naked from falls traditions cold from winter saddness rusted from summers heat but stood out to be so beautiful in spring.
