we make the loose bines, more defined
we make them more tight, and more strong

through out history, it has always been forlorned
through the centuries it has been forwarned
never mess with a woman scorned
payback was what i was taught, revenge was my only thought
...

i must give credit, when credit is due
and the standing ovation belongs to you
all those dreams you had been dreaming
all those desires you should have succeeded

I was so naive...to believe
every lie you spread...in every word you said......all untrue
i really, truly, honestly, believed in you....i gave you, my faith
all the vows and the oaths, were fake
...

I PROMISED myself, but i guess i lied once again
that i would not think of you....and i tried
but i cant help where ny thoughts are led
i cant help that i still care
...

Wearing ur old tshirt, the 1 you left the last time you were here
reading it over and over, a little louder each time
this note....you wrote
promising to 4ever be mine

SHES let you down like so many times before
your soul is hurting, and your heart is sore
Loves let go, now your set FREE

is never as devestating...

as you ignore.....me
laying on the sofa, just watching t.v.
alone on the couch, as usual

now that you sit there, all single n free
laughing and gloating...and boasting
bcuz your rid of me
