Mr. Pretention

My hips tornadoed his mind
I know his kind and so I tried to avoid
His visual probes that invited my presence into his space

Persistence paced
so good manners nudged me to engage in simple conversations
in minutes of 180 as he made me laugh
His persona intrigued me

And so we continued to talk
and what he had to say made me think he was the real kind

Days down, I found out he lied
more to himself than me

Music sets him free but fooled another of his bad intentions
still I wish you the best, Mr Pretention.
