Let me out I seem to cry,
For in this life I know I'll die
He who sins; that we know has no
hope when he's full of dope.

My love for thee is greater than one can see
If one could see love how would it be?
Would it be as a flower always be in bloom?
Would it be as a mothers love for her child?
...

Doesn't matter what man might say,
I've got to live my life anyway,
To help the world as best I can and
Stand up straight in whatever I am.

The Box

Let me out I seem to cry,
For in this life I know I'll die
He who sins; that we know has no
hope when he's full of dope.
One mistake was all I made the day
I blew my mind away.
All I ask and all I say is that
I make it one more day.
In a box I seam to live;
It has no sides
It has no lid.
Smaller, smaller, it seams to get;
Inside the box where I once loved.
