Heart Of Stone

I feel lonely tonight
Nothing seems to be going right
I don't know who to be
My future is clouded in mystery
Where should I go?
I still don't know
I want to be free
I want to be me
But I can't
So here's my rant
I'm sick of sacrificing who I am
I now refuse to give a damn
Let me live my life on my own!
And don't you get mad at me for using this tone.
I am me and you are you
My future is mine and my body too
Don't tell me how to live my life
Don't force me down, a submissive wife
I'll color my hair and ink my arm
I'm the only one who receives, if any, harm
So mind your own business and leave me alone
You cannot change this heart of stone
You will not change this heart of stone
