Mannika Raghav Poems

He sits alone in the garden
Thinking to himself,
When the leaves would shed
And give the branches some relief;
...

We hold hands and stroll in the alley,
When we die, they will make
A love shrine for us down the valley.
...

Falling in love
One look at a time,
Love for you runs through my veins,
You are the one in my speech

He Smiles For Me

He sits alone in the garden
Thinking to himself,
When the leaves would shed
And give the branches some relief;

It seems it has been long
That someone did appreciate him,
He's a lonely boy,
In love, now, he does not believe;

Life's given him his share of thorns
You can see the scars on his punctured skin,
People say he's a bitter lad
But-he smiles for me.
