The sun was so bright today,
And pearls of fresh rain still roll over the window…
And just because

It isn’t the early morning,
Nor the music on the radio
It isn’t the fallen leaves
Dancing in the gentle breeze
...

And things lurking in the dark
Away from my body eyes
Are my friends because I know
...

And then the sun came out and dried our tears.
The blossom of a real smile just appears
In between the deep folds of broken hearts
And within painful puzzles of jiggered scars
...

The small one in my mirror
Smiles and frowns at the world
She moves little yet frets
Changes her moods and frames
...

You sing, girl.
You sing when you talk
You sing when you smile,
And even when silent,
...

Esta mañana tu calle
Vomita sus autobuses
En esta calor precoz
Que presagia tempestad.
...

Je reviens, je reviens
aux bornes de ma route,
longeant ces prés d’automne
envahis par les ronces.
...

The Avila mount arise
Above the bright golden beaches
Of my Jewish Tel Aviv
And I no more can discern
...
