My Sister-and Me
Walking down the beach
Hear that train's
Whistle
Getting grilled cheese
Waiting for milk shakes
Vanilla strawberry please
Extra whipped cream
Hamburger well done
No cheese.

Me and my sister-
Skipping past that shore
Looking for something
More- fun to do,
Than watch TV
In that rented out cottage space
Coral colored walls
Coral bottomed lakes

Me and my sister-
Hair Bobby pinned
Up
Tight was-
Is- our family,
Always doing what's right
To be able to afford
Vacations like these
To make memories
Of beach resorts
Memories of childhood
Lighter times
When my sister knew me.
