Mihir Modi Biography

Am a 20 years old guy from Mumbai, India. Born and brought up in higher middle class family. I have been taught right from my childhood that the moment you spread happiness, each day is spring to your life. By that notion, i try and keep people around me happy and jolly, by little bit of talent i possess. Am pursuing chartered accountancy course and am through with my graduations. I love acting from deepest corner of my heart, and have even won prices for mono acting at various levels. But when you cannot pursue something that is your passion, your Passion itself finds a way to reach you.and that's were i began writing journey. I hope with all the supports, guidances and suggestions i'll surely lead my passion to some heights. Personally, am a very expressive, creative and romantic person possessing lots of love, emotions, happiness and energy in my heart and soul. My friends say i have an enigma persona, but I say things are never too complex to be understood. Anyways, I look forward for some great experiences here and begin this journey with finest poets world can ever have. :))

Meet The Monster

MEET THE MONSTER

Oh boy, here I am, I am the boss,

Don't ever try, my way to cross.

This is a camera and not an eye,

You have to follow my orders and don't ever ask why.

I am the one, who can divide zero with negative,

You might be given once in 5 years a small incentive.

Don't ever expect a leave for sad demise, function or preparation,

Coz it is directly proportional to the sudden new project, that needs attention.

You cannot be my favorite unless you are my pet poodle in the office,

'I'M ALWAYS RIGHT' is the only rule in this premises.

You are not categorized as humans so don't even dare to fall ill,

Work load you'll get is directly proportional to my mood and my telephone bill.

You have to be on time and don't ask me when to leave,

Coz your timings are always inverse to mine, that you should believe.

I'll be nice to you and give you leave on Saturdays and Sundays,

But don't dare to expect mercy on rest weekdays.

Credit for your work is taken by me and that's how it works,

A single missing comma, full stop or apostrophe and you will have to rework.

You must find your pride in fault findings and public humiliation,

Dare to argue and on grounds of 'INCOMPETENCE' you get your letter of termination.

I might have sounded like an 'advertisement to holiday resort' during your interview,

But once you are in, don't think that hell was better, which is perhaps true.

So the rules are clear and welcome to my world where I am the boss,

And let me remind you never try my way to cross.
