My head is burning with the chaos
My aching bones feel like they will snap,
And my body is crashing and writhing with the noise and the heat.
I love this feeling, this unbearable happiness.

Sometimes, the world gets so heavy. 
It's like i don't notice the trees melting, and they drip sticky sap onto my bare shoulders. 
The sea is so thick, it pulses against rocks and they crash in my head and my teeth grind With the pressure and i can taste the blood but i can't stop. 
I'm underwater and i'm drowning, i'm slipping over stones.

as i stand in the debris
of a life that was once ours,
our old faces still smile,
beaming at me through the broken shards.

It's all over.
I stand in the field that was once a forest.
My bare feet stir the embers,
And the glowing charcoal burns softly against my skin.

There is nothing more,
The sunshine is everywhere,
It drips from the sky,
A liquid happiness that is golden and warm.
...

Strap me down and watch me struggle,
Bind my wrists behind my back.
I'll spit and kick and fight until the end,
I'll never surrender and kneel to your attack.

Now it's your turn, my love,
Give me your heart,
Wrench it from your chest,
It will only hurt for a while.
