So far everything's fine,
You're actually with me,
And I've been thinking,
Maybe we're meant to be

I can't control what I think,
It's to hard,
If I can't get things right,
I might just give up tonight
...

I've made promises for you,
And I've kept them pretty well,
And no matter what you do,
You usually talk me out of it
...

It's my fault things went wrong,
I wanted to make things right,
But instead we had a small fight,
All because I couldn't leave something alone
...

You left me,
I kinda saw it coming,
I just couldn't see,
How much it could hurt
...

I think about the past,
How it was so simple,
But still painful,
Cause that's just how life is,
...

I hate the fact this thought keeps coming
I wish it would go away
But I'm tired of everything
I'm tired of seeing the people i care about get hurt or upset.

I haven't been on here in a long time,
Figured you had stopped coming on,
I logged in and out of curiosity I put your name in the search box,
Amazed seeing you now had 62 poems

Slowly but surely,
I'm getting stronger,
Not just physically but also mentally,
And hopefully nothing will change that
...

Life is a giant game of chess in a weird way,
You have to always make the right move,
Because if you don't,
Then the other players get your king
