Oscar Ken Elias Poems

There I lay and I always tried!
Smooching the blanket and try to find
The sweet scent that I want to smell
When I found it I smiled and fell.
...

I saw her gorgeously
First time, on a distance;
Shall I go near,
Or let her disappear?
...

My dear from miles away
It's been so long since May,
But please reply to what I say
To the letters I wrote today.
...

I am sudden to imagine to thee
While I lay moaning in the bed;
Dreaming bliss for the nights setting me free
By gazing the stars that hath spread.
...

May our meeting awaits the next night
For rainy season it's what she likes,
Every dark, wet, steep road I would hike
Makes even colder to see her sight.
...

It's not the sun that makes it gorgeous,
but being with you until it rises.
With each other we cannot see,
So, it is only keeping in touch with thee.

Her Scent In My Blanket

There I lay and I always tried!
Smooching the blanket and try to find
The sweet scent that I want to smell
When I found it I smiled and fell.

When she left I hugged the pillow
And the day turned into yellow.
I couldn't resist to kiss it
So, I did and smooched it a bit,
Then the smell that can make me leap!
I smelled it 'till I fell asleep.

There I lay and I always tried!
Smooching the blanket and try to find
The sweet scent that I want to smell
When I found it I smiled and fell.
