this is probably a stupid question but here goes - the first time I heard this poetry was on an episode of 'how I met your Mother' and I was wondering if anybody knows the poem I am talking about - I have been trying to find it - it was astounding

I love Neruda, yet to get the full meaning of his poetry you have to see it in it's Spanish version as well.

We Are Many

Of the many men whom I am, whom we are,
I cannot settle on a single one.
They are lost to me under the cover of clothing
They have departed for another city.

When everything seems to be set
to show me off as a man of intelligence,
the fool I keep concealed on my person
takes over my talk and occupies my mouth.
