What can one say about the Beloved Patti that has not already been said. Appraising her as a Poet is easier than appraising her as a Person. She is an excellent Poet in all respects with the regard to Structure - Rhyme - Alliteration - Meter - Rhythm and everyone is a gem. It is however in their content - apposite choice of Subject - masterly choice of Words - wondeful weaving of metaphore - simile - humour (black and white) - spirituality - inuendo in fact the whole gamut of style and emotions. Personally I regard her as by far the best all round poet on Poemhunter. As a Person she is an OK Girl from Oklahoma - down to Earth! - and this comes out in her poetry as well. It speaks to the 'common man' in a very very uncommon way. She is all woman and her defence of her sex and her appreciation of both the power and vulnerability of ladies is awesome. We have only met her through her amazing poetry - and that takes our breath away - to actually meet her (in person) on a Summer afternoon - Fun and Fancy Free in Oklahoma City - would I feel be more than most of us mere PH Males could handle (but it would be lovely to try!) . All of the PH Family - Men and Women equally really really love you Patti and we are thrilled to be your FRIEND - you are so so LOVELY. Love you lots and lots in Poetry JOHN X X X.

If I only had two friends in the world I would want one of them to be Patricia Masterman.
Ms P paints poems that sing in my mind, resinate with my heart and lift my spirit to a higher place.
Take a few seconds to read one of her poems and I will ask you in a few hours what you thought of the rest of her work.
I guess you may have worked it out, I'm a fan.

Hello. I recently signed up as a member of the Patricia Masterman Fan Club, and on my application I specifically noted that I did not want to receive the cheese of the month. However, when I came home today there was a block of gouda in my mailbox, and sure enough my credit card had been billed for the difference between the standard membership and the deluxe membership. Really, what kind of customer service is this? I suppose it will take a week to reverse the charges to my card, right? And what am I supposed to do with this gouda? I simply refuse to pay for the shipping charges to return this block of cheese, so you're just going to write this one up as a loss. Thank you.
