Darkness after sundown
The spirits would rise
And the shadows were growing

Light shimmers away
That I may let you go
And I shiver in the dark
As it begins to snow
...

As the spirit of death
Begins to take its toll
To the tide and to our hearts
'Less we relinquish our souls
...

Sitting alone, I see
The error of my ways
And I see no shame
In crying my days away
...

Teach me now
To become less stressed
Sedate me now
And give me rest
...

Dreary, weary, teary yet so full of zeal
It's the way the winds turn that make it seem real
Wind blowing, birds crowing and the crow on the sill
Born from the darkest depths of Teal
...

When I looked you in the eye
But you turned away
Was my character too bold?
If not, than why won't you stay?
...

Those hours with gentle work has framed
This lovely gaze where every eye dwells
Will fool the tyrants to the very same
And that love which clearly has excelled
...

As bright as the sun
You shine
As clever as the feline
You lie in wait
...

I called to a friend
But he did not answer

Whether he was silenced
Or just did not wish to speak
