Global warming

Global warming has finally come,
We’ve had the tsunami,
...

For too long now,
We have stood at the end of the street,
To just enough,
Here is where the bus lines terminate,
...

Silence shield words,
And soothes my nerves,
Bringing first peace,
Then quietly rising,

Bank holiday weekend is back again!
A week of sun soon turns to rain,
But still we endure the traffic jam,
Those English queues and orange cones,
...

As seasons turn and flowers grow,
The night is stained by streetlamp's glow,
High in the sky, a songbird sings,
Under the shadow of an airplane wing,
...

You are here, listening,
With gentle words, uplifting,
Inspiring me to greater things,
Changing everything,
...

I will come to you like the wild wind,
Like a whirlwind, a lion untamed,
My sweet words will kiss your lips,
And lift you high into my arms.

Let's get ourselves together.
Shape up!

Superglue!

Your love sticks to me
Like superglue

See the clouds gather & fill
Capturing spectral colours

Revolutionaries gaining momentum
Spinning cogs & wheels
Turning things around
From their head to their heels

Revolutionaries gaining momA little piece of me

There's a little piece of me in every word I say
But the voice is still the same

Who we are

The faithful are moving
They know they cannot stay

In the silence

Silence to embrace the fulness of space
Stretching to Infinity

The crystal facets,
Glittered and shone,
In the clear light,
Colours and reflections,

At the dark barred gates
He hesitated before going on
New suit smart yet constraining
The grey reception beckoned

Dark Valley, Green Glade

No star to guide, no kings or shepherds
The valley is dark, swathed in shadow.

Homeless Ghosts

This world is falling down,
Before our very eyes,
The lost still roam tour towns,
Searching for the remnants of their lives.

Our cars will smoke and choke,
All beauty from this place,
The haunted faces still hope,
To find a little more breathing space.

Our lives are overfilled,
Distractions for the mind,
While homeless ghosts are chilled,
In the wasteland we've left behind.
