إذا ما عراكُمْ حادثٌ، فتحدّثوا


إذا ما عراكُمْ حادثٌ، فتحدّثوا! ............... فإنّ حديثَ القوم يُنسي المصائبا
وحِيدوا عن الأشياءِ خِيفةَ غَيّها؛ .................. فلم تُجعل اللّذّاتُ إلاّ نصائبا
وما زالت الأيّامُ، وهي غوافلٌ،.................... تسدّدُ سهْماً، للمنيّةِ، صائبا
