হে গোলাপ অসুস্থ তোমার শিল্প
অদৃশ্য কীট সমূহ,
রাতের আঁধারে যা উড়ে
ঝড়ের শোরগোলে;
তোমার বিছানায় পাওয়া গেছে
রক্তিমাভ হর্ষ;
আর তার কৃষ্ণময়ী গোপন প্রেম
করেছে তোমার জীবন ধ্বংস।
