042411g Passing To Young Ones

english wasn't spoken here
but smiles pointing to more,
more food to consume for
day before dusk settles in
dessert occupies whole table
drinks name it, we have them

kids learning to eat grilled fish
brave enough to see eyeballs
or tentacles of a squid, culture
it must be taste that attracts
or copying elders how to do it
mom feeds me when i was kid
