043010b Disgusting Changes

i can't imagine trash they throw
from their cars; they are all piled
along the road; plastic bottles plenty
some clogging drainage; even dolls
cigarette butts are like sea shells
on the beach; pennies litter highway

what's my 67cents a gallon tax doing
at least sweep this once a month or so
cheaper educate these drivers not to throw
i guess with influx of so many cultures
basic things are being neglected; sad
we are becoming careless looking to blame
