i enjoy watching morning
come to light slowly drifting
to fields behind my house
watch deers raise heads
to wilderness once more
rest as hunters go to work

plants burst into unison, joy
as water lifts to their tops
flowers open as it warm
i could imagine beneath
swarm of creatures small
to be notice for daily ration
