1.37.Killing Desires Poem by SELLAMUTHU KANDASAMY

1.37.Killing Desires

1.Seeds of desire cause
all-beings ever suffer.
2.Desire, free from birth
desire less solution creates.
3.Desirelessness, above wealthy, any
wealth unequals that.
4.Pure; desireless, truthfulness yields
pure in heart.
5.Desireless, suffers not rest
are not desire less.
6.Desire less escaping righteousness
it displeases weak
7.Killing desires, obtain unfailing
deeds as desired.
8.Distress discontinues for desire less
rest, sorrows overflow.
9.Ceasing of melancholy desires
yields ceaseless joy.
10.Eliminating unfulfilling desire which
yields great pleasure.
