(1) Blue Windows

I think you frail blue windows of my thoughts,
Each pane a poem intricately wrought.
Via my faith, they reach your distant sill.
The music of two souls is never still.

In tune we sing together of twilight,
The quatrains are universally bright.
Warmth is immeasurable from shore to shore.
Imagination, Friend, can do no more.

The frail blue windows of your opening line remind of me Laura's 'blue roses' in 'The Glass Menagerie'. In fact this fragile piece seems to mirror Williams at his finest. Another peep into the mind of one whose essence is poetry. love, Alison ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
