1000 Miles
i drove a thousand miles
to visit you
we spent the day together
just us two
i wanted you to see
that i really care for you
i wanted you to feel
the love i have for you
when was time for me to go
you wanted me to stay
i didnt want to leave
you watched as i drove away
i thought the day was special
hoped you felt the same
but now i feel it was
all just another game
