2 In The Morning
It's 2 in the morning, I'm tossing and turning
Thinking of you all night long
How can this be?
Thought I was over you forever more
How can I have fallen like this?
I know deep down I don't love you
I can't love you
After all I still honestly don't know you that well
After all you never let me in
Thought after all these years of talks we could remain good friends
But I guess I was wrong
I was stupid for opening up to you
Letting you know my darkest desires
How can I sit there and believe you actually cared
So I'll go on and move along and pretend to forget all about you
Somehow, someone else will take your place in my mind
