.3. Heavenly Bodies Poem by David Threadgold

.3. Heavenly Bodies

Rating: 5.0

At the end of each day
When the sun goes to sleep
The moon, stars and planets
Appointments must keep

They hang in the dark sky
To give off their glow
The same place as last night
How do they all know?

Those heavenly bodies
All dancing as one
Across the night sky
Till the darkness has gone

You paint wonderful pictures in our minds with a stroke of your pen. Another poem with great flow and colorful images
