Turn back the clock upon the wall
To a time when we were proud
Turn back the music that we hear
To when it was less loud
Turn back the speeding motorist
To a time he need not rush
Turn back the need for processed foods
To a time we ate less mush
Turn back the wheels of industry
To a time without pollution’s
Turn back the many additives
To a time with more solutions
Turn back the tides that take our land
To a time with less high seas
Turn back to when we were polite
To when we just said please
Turn back the fading values
To a time with no free ride
Turn back to old Great Britain
To when we had more pride
