Is it so painful to hear my voice?
Does it hurt you to recall?
Do the memories tear you asunder?

What is the reason for your silence?
What is it that I want from you?
Do I demand your vast kingdoms?
your infinite riches?
your bottomless treasures? ?
Or your priceless time? ?

If indeed distance to you is so beloved
Why did you seek to build bridges?
Why did you extend a hand?
only to draw back in darkness?
Why then did you pursue once upon a time
Who you now try to escape
But pray.. look within and tell yourself truly...
