Be you, the breeze, the trumpet of my love
And tell her that she's the queen of my heart!
What else is greater than her indenture of love
That lures me to follow her unto the death?

She knows not my unstained crush at heart
which can't be bought even in cupid's mart!
Don't turn back my wooing amorous tides
Which have no better shore to embrace!

Where have you hidden your boundless love
in a bulwark strong or in your mind of steel?
Knowing my stealing glances on your beauty
You don't smile but feign to be tied to duty!

Don't try to free your heart from my strong siege
which no force in this world can breach!
