A Change! Poem by Dislocated Heart

Leaders and followers
We make this country.

The blood and sweat,
The money and greed,
The Fame and fortune,
Why do we care?

Why can't we all just share?
Not our lovers, but the food,
Fame, fortune.

Share the love.

We laugh at what others dont have.
We make fun of the unfortunate.
We even make fun of The Skin of a person.

Have we not felt sad? alone? depressed? at some point in our lives?
That should bring us together, not apart.
The Troubles we all gone through should make us remember how others feel to have lost a love one.. To be different, to be alone. Even depressed.
Yet People have bullied someone to death.
Suicide in teens minds.
Depression in Adults,
We'll all in the same boat,
But we choose not to know.

I say.. Old fashion is the way to go.
I miss the Loving Families..
I miss the Time people actually spend together..
not all that I'll text you BS.

I'm waiting on the world to change..
while I change my life for the better..
I hope others will do the same.
