Pijush Biswas (12 July,1988 / Srirampur, Nadia, West Bengal, India)
A city in my dream
It seemed I was hovering over the city
At a sudden I saw an earthquake in the city
Trembling all the city, trembling all citizens
At once, destroyed many buildings, killed many citizens
As if a giant had come to extract his poisonous teeth.
'Run, run' or 'go out, go out'-all are shouting
Some on first floor, some on third, or some on ground
Some are this way and some are that way running
The destruction of huge money-dollar or pound.
Some people already dead, some souls are about to go out.
And darkness surrounds the city, light is put out
The game of the giant is about to be finished
Dusty becomes the city, almost deadly no doubt
'Oh my God, oh my God' say I in my dream demolished
'My God, don't curse likwise upon us' I say
When I realize I'm alive on the bed.
