A Cry For Help Poem by Robert Kumpf

A Cry For Help

Try to show them, but they lie still blind.
Try to tell them, but words lie unheard. Tired eyes, tortured spirit.
Windows open, still no one sees in
To try and find me, I lie still alone
Or to destroy me, I hide from the stones. Try and move on, but standing still stay.
Trying all wrong, but wanting still pray.
Wandering soul, magic friend
Cry for help, heart to you send
Need you to help me, my will still find.
Need you to tell me haven't lost mind.
