It's been two years now, year 2000.
That we lost our Betty.
The saddest day of my life, for you see
Knowing that it will take many more
To forget, the good times that we had,
Counting week ends it was 55 years now
She left us gone so are these days, but not forgotten,
Promise you that. So says Crystal and Charlie,
We shall carry on, her work, so in her remembrance
