Some people don't open their eyes and look around,
They just don't realize how much someone cares about them.
Maybe they see it, but too afraid to really say it's so.

They don't know that the person that they're with is a good person deep down.
They would rather fight every day
And maybe raise their hands late at night.

The person that they're with needs to be treated with lots of respect and unconditional love.
That person will stay and never leave their lovers side.

They love them so much,
That they would do anything just to stay with them.
And that person is just too afraid to leave.

Some people don't know what they have right in front of their eyes.
And how much the other person feels inside about them.

Some people have been hurt all their life
And they're just looking for that someone to turn their life around.
To treat them like a dozen roses,
Because once you've crossed that line and touched a thorn.
That rose will soon die and never come back alive.

So, this is a dedication to all those people that don't know that they have someone so good.
You need to open your eyes and look deep inside the other person's soul.

This is a special shout out to those people that are just looking for that special someone to complete their lives.
Just always remember that you are special to someone out there
And also remember to keep your head up
Just smile that you are standing on this earth, this very day.
