A Delightful Surprise
An Angel in green floated to my heart.
With a sunny smile smart..
A surprise visit to celebrate my day
My birth glorified this day...
Many to accompany her beside
my students near, to my surprise.
A warmth of love breezing joyful
A welcome sight delightful....
Oh! The moment stamped in my mind,
Never ever to be left behind,
Just to recall and relish
Enough a life time to cherish..
The sweetness more sweeter than the cake,
Each child a blossom presented
plucked from the garden of soul,
To savour the nectar of the moment
Adds an year to life span potent!
