A First For One Last Chance



At first glance I knew I loved you. At second chance I took the chance to say I love you and by chance you looked into my eyes and whispered you adored me, you swore to be mine, and never lion to me let our a roar that was passionate in every one way to my heart and with my last breath I said to you that 'my only love to be in my heart is yours....my first choice.'

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I felt alone today and with love on my mind I remember a lady contacting me last week saying her husband of twenty five years was giving up their relationship to spend his last years living in Thailand. She felt alone and worthless so I dedicated this poem to her hoping to bring a smile to her heart.
